A high conflict personality (HCP) is often behind a fraud to take down one person using methods of stonewalling, isolation, gaslighting, denial, deception and planned ignoring. The intent is to abuse the target to cause intended psychological harm. HCP’s have a set of negative behavioral patterns that when employed, cause the same set of negative outcomes, resulting in the same negative consequences. The repeated pattern results in the same set of repeated pain or missteps in the victim. The HCP behaviors are programmed into the DNA.
Lengthy discussions center around the target that indicate:
A series of missteps … cause someone to get fired.
A series of missteps ... cause a breakdown.
"Someone is trying to sabotage the target. Someone is trying to make the target fail."
An altercation occurs …recovery from that takes some time.
Someone devious, close to the victim, who wants to see the person fail and wants harm to come. You could say someone is using the target for target practice.
“People’s disloyalty and dishonesty are on them.
”This is part of the HCP game plan to attack and destroy.
In chess, it’s the HCP setting up their side with an army of people who protect the king. Many people don’t know the target. "If the king can influence many with manipulation, the many can persuade more." A whole community can come against one person, taking away their livelihood and ruining their life.
The target is the Queen who has more freedom to escape and avoid people who act with malice. In several plays, the Queen can gain the upper hand, and take out a line of defense with a few strategic moves. Planning several steps ahead, the Queen, moves boldly in a manner that the King didn’t see coming.
Step 1: The target must study the characteristics, traits, behavior profile, attitudes, beliefs, misconceptions of the HCP.
Step 2: Seeing the above in action or inaction, and being able to identify the tactics as the target, is step two. Educate yourself on who your HCP is and how they act. Then you can recognize what they are doing to you.
Step 3: Recognizing the list of criteria that defines each tactic (know what gaslighting looks like, sounds like, coming from the HCP and its intended effect on the target), is step three. There are specific phrases that combat and stop the same set of recognizable phrases that HCP use most often.
Step 4: Employing tactics that move you to protect yourself. Establish boundaries with increasingly negative consequences. Protect yourself and your assets, by working with lawyers to get your ducks in a row in case of a lawsuit that you want to file, charges that you will press or other complaints that you file.
When the four steps are employed, and the repetitive nature of both the HCP and its effects on the target are known, it can appear that the target is reading the HCP’s mind, it can appear they are predicting their next step(s), when in reality they are following an already established behavioral blueprint. The target already knows what the HCP is thinking (they are panicking), wanting to do next (mitigate damages) and has established a game plan (attempts to regain power and control). The target is ready for the battlefield.
